To accomplish this goal we offer video and audio series, workbooks and teaching seminars on parenting children and teens, teen dating, youth mentoring and spiritual discipleship training.

Sunridge Karate is a Christian martial arts program that offers self-defense classes from a Biblical perspective. Our belt ranking system requires practical martial arts application along with the memorization of Bible verses at each level. Our emphasis is on knowing what it means to be a “Warrior for God”. We offer classes for 4 year olds through adults, including family classes.
